On the South Devon Coastal Path with some of the best panoramic views over the Salcombe Estuary, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Brand new, ultra-modern, luxurious accommodation offering large open-plan living areas leading to sunbathed terraces & BBQ patio area.
Small children need supervision outside. Family friendly pets. Beautiful night skies. Ample parking. South Sands beach and amenities, 5 minute’s walk, with a seasonal ferry to Salcombe, whilst Overbecks NT Gardens close by.
The Space
Generous living and sleeping accommodation with stunning views from all rooms. Warm and comfortable, light and airy. Attractive sunny Patios. Please bring eye masks if very sensitive to sunlight in the morning. Stylish modern kitchen with boiling tap, fridge, dishwasher, complimented with a walk-in pantry with fridge-freezer, drinks cooler. Furniture presently being refurbished, which is reflected in the price. Large utility room/boot room, with washing machine, & dryer.

On site parking for cars and boats. Ferry from South Sands Beach during the summer into Salcombe.

Frankly, this is the best Airbnb property - or simply the best- I have enjoyed staying in. The house is the furthest one from a private road leading from Cliff Road which brings it right next to the cliff and facing the sea, This location is simply breathtaking, with a lovely forest/hill walk right outside the entrance that would take you to the vintage points overseeing Starehole Bay, and 5/10 minutes to the south/north beach of Salcombe.

The views from the house really do take your breath away whether rain or shine. House is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Quite easy to find the house if you put in the Overbecks NT site as your destination then follow the final instructions. Lane down to the house was a bit of a muddy quagmire as there had been torrential rain before we arrived but passable.

The standard of the property is outstanding and the views from all levels are amazing. Listening to the ocean at night with the door open to waking up to a fantastic view every morning is something you would never get bored of. Secluded location with coastal walks on the doorstep. 5 minute walk down to south beach. Would highly recommend.
