Admire the stunning views of the harbour, estuary, and beaches from one of the most enviably large semi-circular balconies on the third floor of 'The Salcombe' - a private apartment complex formerly the Salcombe Hotel - and situated in the centre of town with about 350ft of estuary frontage.

The space

This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including well-manicured communal gardens and lovely outdoor heated swimming pools (1st May - 30th September). A spacious family apartment that has been recently modernised and given a clean contemporary feel. Living/Dining Room: With 50" Freeview Smart TV, double sofa bed and patio doors leading to balcony. Kitchen: With electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, Krups Pixie coffee machine, and dishwasher. View of the town and harbour.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and 43" Freeview Smart TV, en suite shower room.
En suite: With walk in shower, toilet and basin. Heated towel rail.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and basin. Heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Small bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. View of the town and harbour. The large balcony has stylish patio furniture for you to brunch, lunch or dine whilst overlooking the bay. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Laundry room on ground floor. Lift from ground floor to 3rd and 4th floors only. Private parking for one car on Reception level. One mooring per apartment on private pontoon for dinghy, with overall length (including outboard) of 5m. There is also a restaurant within the building. No smoking.
There is a low wall of 60cm between the estuary and the grounds, therefore children must be supervised at all times. Please note: The swimming pool, for the enjoyment of guests (check opening times with office) is unattended. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children.

Guest access

Designated parking space, approximately 20 metres from the front door. Fully secure with barrier and paid for. Conveniently located on Fore Street in the heart of the town, the apartment offers the perfect base for a Salcombe getaway.

Salcombe is a charming little town on the bank of what is often described as the prettiest harbour in England. Picture-perfect pastel-coloured houses make up a Positano-like scene overlooking water, sandy beaches and rolling green hills of the surrounding countryside. Salcombe has a uniquely wonderful array of shops ranging from an acclaimed butcher and baker to art galleries selling serious contemporary works and chic boutiques.

Getting Around

Stepping out from N ° 31 you are right in the heart of Salcombe, only a few minutes walk from all of the lovely shops restaurants and four great pubs.
The Harbour Hotel is three minutes by foot and has a gorgeous bar and restaurant as well as an award-winning spa with a pool.

Catch the gorgeous little ferry to be on the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth in minutes or stroll almost an exact mile along the coastal path to North Sands and the famous Winking Prawn.
