About No.28 The Salcombe

Situated on the very end of the building the views out to sea and looking up the harbour and estuary are blissful. You have a large, corner balcony at your disposal - with outdoor furniture, perfect for taking your morning coffee - and are afforded some shade ‘on deck’, for those splendidly hot days when sometimes you need a little relief from the sun (while enjoying a light cocktail or a cold beer). The Salcombe passenger ferry jetty is visible from the balcony, and if you love people (or boat) watching, then you’ll be in your element.

This is a beautifully appointed private apartment within the complex formerly the Salcombe Hotel - and is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft of estuary frontage.
